About Kyoko Ide Photography

I'm Kyoko. I'm a wedding and portrait photographer. I live in a tiny little village in Umbria, Italy.

I’m from Saga, a small town in Japan. Since I moved out of Saga to go to college in Tokyo (my first airplane ride!), I fell in love with traveling and discovering new places.

I lived in the U.S. (Arizona, Hawaii, California) and France, before moving to Italy in 2010.

I used to be an English teacher in Japan and in the U.S. I love working with people.

I got into photography when I moved to Italy. I spoke very little Italian, and photography gave me the voice.

I love taking photos of people. I used to annoy my friends and family by taking way too many photos of them. Now I get to photograph people for work…what a dream come true!
